Your purchase or use of our Joomla extensions or Chronoforms views and actions implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Our website grants you license to use the products sold through our web site or by us through affiliated partners in accordance with these Terms and Conditions ("license") issued by Sky Spider

Purchasing an extension

Purchasing a extension/plugin will buy you full access to the extension/plugin's latest version and updates. By purchasing an extension/plugin, you agree that: 

• All GPL extensions by Sky Spider are released as Open Source GNU GPL v3.0 license releases and as such there are no other limitations or in other ways conditions beyond those stated as per the GNU GPL v3.0 license.
• You are allowed to use the extension/plugin on more than one domain, however we provide limited support only 
  for one domain.
• Updates and downloads are not time limited - you are free to download the latest version for as long as our website operates.
• You are allowed to make any changes to the code, however modified code will not be supported by us.
• Sky Spider reserves the right to offer discounts or permanent price changes at any moment, without prior notice. No refunds will be given for purchases made before a discount period or price change.

Although the number of downloads are not limited, an extension/plugin purchase eg. the account that purchased the extension/plugin, cannot be shared. Sharing or other methods which allow for multiple, simultaneous downloads (and thereby affect the performance of this web site) are strictly forbidden and may result in termination of the support and updates that came with your purchase.

Payments

Payments can be made using any of the methods provided by our online store, or using the methods provided by our authorised partners.

Refund policy

You should carefully read the description for the product you are about to purchase and if necessary contact us before purchase to ensure the product is right for your needs. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, for purchasing the wrong product, or for any other reason outside exceptions provided by the relevant laws and regulations we operate under.

Warranty

You accept the software as is, in its current state, without any implied warranty or features. We take no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise from the installation and/or use of this product on your server. You are responsible for setting up the product on your server and we take no responsibility for any data loss suffered by you or your clients as a result of incorrectly configured settings or environment.

If a product is not working, or if you are having trouble configuring your product, we will provide limited support. If the problem is caused by errors in the code of our software, the errors will be corrected and an updated version provided as soon as practical. 

Termination

We have right to terminate your access to any or all of our products and services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms and Conditions. We may also at any time, at our sole discretion, discontinue the products, website or any part thereof without prior notice and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the products, website or services. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all products will continue to work without access to our website and can continue to be used and installed indefinitely.

Copyright and ownership

You or your clients may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any Sky Spider products. All products are and remain the property of Sky Spider except where the ownership clearly lies with other parties (such as for third-party libraries). Sky Spider tries to respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us about the matter.

Sky Spider extensions are licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v3.0 unless otherwise stated (read the full details here https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html). You are authorised to make any necessary modification(s) to the products to fit your purposes. Redistribution of the original or any modified version must always be done in accordance with the GNU GPL license. In this case, you must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file or the php file. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.
